CATS is part of the Cambridge Education Group with colleges in Canterbury, Cambridge and London. They cater principally for international students and offer a pathway to a British University education. This film was produced to promote the launch of a new multi-million pound college in Bloomsbury. Filmed prior to its completion the challenge was to give an impression of how the college will look and feel and to produce a film that could equally effectively with or without sound.
